With over 15 years of experience in yoga and naturopathy, Master Chandrasekar is a renowned expert in stress management and meditation. A graduate of Tamilnadu Physical Education and Sports University, Master Chandrasekar has dedicated his life to helping others achieve physical, mental, and emotional well-being through the ancient practices of yoga and naturopathy over 100 + success stories.
